How to add the Shop Pay option to the WooCommerce site

I would like to add the Shop Pay option to the WooCommerce site. Could you please advise on the possible ways to achieve this?

Great question! I can definitely help you with this.

In order to sell products using Shop Pay on a online store hosted outside of Shopify, you will need to create a Shopify merchant account and use our “Buy Button” tool to embed your products on your Woocommerce website.

Shop Pay is only available to merchants who are using Shopify’s payment gateway “Shopify Payments”. This gateway is not available on third party website hosters, it is only available through merchant accounts on Shopify. You would need to create an online store account through Shopify, upload your products to your Shopify store and then use our Buy Button tool to create an embed code for your products/collections. This will allow customers to check out using your payment options on Shopify instead of Woocommerce.

Thank you for your prompt response.
After reviewing the information you provided, I am considering the integration of the “Buy Button” into our checkout process. However, does this imply that we must create a Shopify account for our store and add all items there to facilitate payments through the “Buy Button”?
If so, is there a way to bypass these steps and enable ShopPay payments directly on the WooCommerce site’s checkout?

That is correct, to use the Buy Now button requires a Shopify account, monthly subscription, and for the products to be hosted via Shopify. Shop Pay is only available to merchants using Shopify Payments, and Shopify Payments is only available to merchants using our platform directly.
