Hello,

To show the number of products on the collection page, you need to enable the Filter / Sort bar.

To do this, open the Customize panel of the section and open the Collection page template. Then, from the sidebar select the “Product grid” section.

In this section, find the “Filtering and sorting” settings and enable one of the options - “Enable filtering” or “Enable sorting”:
