How to add 'View product' button to every item in product grid in Dawn theme?

How can I add a CTA button to every item on my product grids. It just needs to say something like ‘vewi full details’, ‘view product’ or ‘view’. My theme is dawn… thanks!

You can use something like this:

Find your product grid file and insert wherever you like, usually after the price.
