How to add "you may also like" feature on dawn them using code

I am using the dawn them on my shopify store.

I deleted the code for “You May Also Like” that appears at the bottom of the products page and now I can’t re-add the section anymore.

I would like to know, is there a way to add the section/feature again through the "edit code’ portal so that I can make it appear on the products page again.

You are talking about the product recommendation section. How did you manage to delete it? The reason I am asking is, I want to know if you delete the section code or just delete the code from the template

I deleted only the section code. I went in edit code > sections > product-recommendations.liquid and deleted the contents there.
