How to adjust image banner size for mobile?

Hi

Before I asked about adjusting the banner for mobile. Now it’s resolved. However, I still have this problem while designing other images. I’ve been told that this can be resolved by showing different images for mobile and desktop. I understand this requires a show-hide css code. Please tell me how to add this code and I need this code helps me to resolve all the image problems on the website.
