How can I do the following on the Dawn Theme please:
Once item is out of stock, it shouldn’t show at all on the website
At the moment, when scrolling through the product page, it only shows 5 products. How can I add the option for customers to see all or select how many they want to see at a time
-How do I get the SKU code to show on the products ?

Ok for 1 I got you these screenshots:

online-store > theme > customize
and then select the template you are using for the collection (most likely “Default Collection”)
and on the right hand side play around with these settings:
As for the SKU you’d have to do some code editing. I can help you if you want.
