It looks like Shella theme isn’t a theme from the Shopify theme store. Did you happen to rename the theme? If yes, can you please share the original name?

If you’re not sure about which designers support your theme, that information can be found by logging into your store backend and clicking online store > theme > customize > three dots next to the theme title. More details can be found here - Theme support.

I went ahead and did some online search. I’ve found a theme named Shella here. If that’s the theme in question here, then I would recommend reaching out to mpitheme customer support for specific advice.
