How to align the widths of Rich Text, Featured collection and Email Signup on Dawn 9.0?

On my home page, I have Rich Text, Featured Collection and Email Signup. I’d like to align all of them to the left with the same width. However, I’ve encountered the following issues:

  1. The width of Rich Text is not as wide as the text under Featured Collection (which is full-page wide)

  2. Email Signup can only be positioned in the middle

Can someone provide a solution? Your help would be much appreciated!
