When customers click on this and click on Add to cart it reflects on my order page but when they click on buy it now i am unable to retrieve my delivery date, card message and “send anonymous” information please helppp

Hi @anydayflorist ,

When you click ‘buy it now’, it will submit the form directly and not pass properties to the form.

This is default by Shopify, so if you want to edit it you can just contact Shopify directly.
