How to animate icons in the Craft menu theme?

The below website is using the Craft menu, just as I am am. However, their top menu has animated icons and I love it. Does anyone know how they did this? I do not believe the feature is a native part of the Craft theme.

@Shawna_Jeneen - they are not using default menu , but they are using Buddha mega menu app, you too can purchase it and design menu as per the need.
