how to appeal for deadline extension after stores closed by shopify?

We are longterm(7 years) shopify customer.

With immediate effect Shopify closed our stores last tuesday, and gave us a deadline of feb 22 in regards to admin access. Considering that we have a backlog of 10000 unfulfilled orders, 100s of open tickets with customers, over 600000 customers, over 500000 orders, and approx 3TB(6 million images), and over 700000 products to recover. The deadline of Feb 22 is way to short.

After writing a very friendly appeal to the deadline, Shopify Trust&safety team is just ignoring us. Zero answer back. If the deadline is not properly extended with 21 days, it will run our company into the ground, bankrupt.

45 people will be out of a job, and many 1000’s of customers will be left behind furious. I understand that Shopify( a listed public company) is on the edge these days due to their ‘piracy books’ case. But we had never sold any counterfeit or copied goods. The only mistake we make was to believe in some form of dropshipping. Since we understand that appealing the re-opening of our shop will be in vain, we ONLY asked for a deadline extension.
Just to recover the data we legally own. I do not understand why Shopify would put their longterm(7 years) customers in jeopardy. Because we will go bankrupt through Shopify’s actions. That’s a given!
