We have set up multiple domains in a single store. Now, we wanted to add GA code for each website domain. It should work for their respective domain. How we can do that?
You can do this by setting up a different “property” for each domain.

If they’re subdomains, you could group them in the same property and then create filters to show the different views (to see either individual traffic or all combined traffic).
But either way I would set up a property for each website so you always have that property data for the future.
