How to automate email feedback requests after purchases?

I want to set up an automate email request for feedbacks after someone make a purchase, customers can leave feedback directly in email cuz if redirect them to another site, they may ignore and leave. Any idea would be appreciate!!

Hi @koikoi01 Yeah, you can setup Klaviyo Email Marketing Platform in your store to send automatic emails in various criteria like send email after purchase for feedback, send email who left the products in the cart, send email to existing customers with offers etc. You can easily design email templates and manage everything from your end.
