I receive cases of products and then sell them as individual pieces. The price I receive them by is by the case. Is there a setting I’m missing so when I receive products I don’t have to manually do the math to enter the price per each individual piece.
Example:
14x14x6 cake boxes, 1-50 count case costs $46.06. I sell them individually so when I receive them I have to divide 46.06 by 50 to get 0.9212 per piece which is what I put into purchase order.
It’s an easy process but 90% of my 3k items are received in this way. I need to save the time and reduce the risk for errors.
Note: I already have pack size enabled and that works backwards. It allows me to take a large quantity and sell them as sets of a certain number. Though it doesn’t help with the pricing issue.
Example:
144 cupcake toppers, bought by the case price of $9.99, but sold in sets of 6. I still have to math it.
