EU commerce laws requires a store to send an invoice (after an order has been paid) with the stores address, legal data etc including a detailed description of every item, price, tax and shipping cost.
Its a legal document.
I´ve found Order Printer to be the best method in creating a conforming Invoice, however I love automation. Right now shopify does not comply with EU regulations and doesnt automatically send an email with the Invoice of bought products (3rd party providers do however, like VISA or PayPal) after payment, what shopify sends is a playful confirmation that the order has been shipped, however this is basically useless in terms of Commerce laws.
My question, is there an app or a hook that automatically sends the inovice generated by Order Print to the respective customer after fulfillment? I dont want to create a completely new one, I need to use the existing one I created with order print.
Right now I need to do this manually.
I would appreciate if exclusively people that know and understand GDPR answer to my question, as I dont have time to explain sophisticated european custom laws to people that are used to having very little. Since I had this issue before with people not understanding it.
