How to best set up a B2B shop with brand grouping and custom branding?

I’m in the process of realizing a B2B shop, but I’m touching on some points, I’d like to know if Shopify is the right thing for it or if there are better alternatives/plug-ins for it.

  • Products should be grouped by brands. (I found the following solution for this! is there an alternative?)

  • Customers who do not have an account should not see any prices and all possible buttons such as shopping cart/quantity etc. should be hidden.

I used the products of wholesalehelper for this, but unfortunately, it doesn’t give me the desired result. Wholesale does offer this service but on its own page. So I have 2 different pages for customers with and without an account.

Is there an alternative here?

  • Products should be able to be branded. That means it should be possible to customize a product. (e.g. a t-shirt) with personal branding or image can be entered via an editor.

I’m open to all ideas

I see that all your requirements are hard with Shopify’s default mechanism. So I suggest that you can do two of them using 3rd-party apps.

=> Our B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price can allow you to lock your pages, and only logged-in customers or customers with specific tags can see the content. Of course, it locks the original pages.

=> This can be done with the Product & Variants Options app by BSS Commerce. The app allows you to create various custom options for your products. It’s ideal for personalized products.
