How to blend MCF rates with other locations

Hello, our situation is hopefully not so exceptional and be easy to find a solution:

We sell over 600 SKUs mainly books; 350 are fulfilled with Amazon MCF, 200 fulfilled from our Warehouse + 6 drop shippers with unique shipping addresses

We use WebBee to manage our MCF orders and Advanced Shipping Rules to display our rates at checkout

We recently enabled the option with WebBee to import all applicable MCF shipping rates

MCF rates blends as it should with our drop shippers but overrides all rates when shipping together from our warehouse - If I ship 1 item with MCF + 20 from the warehouse, the shipping rate will = the rate of 1 item with MCF

How do I fix this issue? and I don’t mind starting from scratch. how do I set up right our checkout shipping blended rates to work as it should combining MCF+Warehouse+dropshippers

Actually, you can find some small tools by searching for “MCF fee” in the Shopify App Store. Tools like 4Seller and Aftership can calculate the combined shipping costs for MCF, warehouse, self-fulfillment, and drop shipping.
