You can disable a specific payment method for specially tagged customers using the PayRules: Hide Payment Methods app. Here’s how you can do it:
- Choose the specific payment method from the “Select payment methods” or add your custom payment method in the “Additional payment methods” field.
- In the “Customer tags” field, select “Hide if found” and enter the specific tag like the screenshot below.
This will ensure that the specified payment method is disabled for customers with the tag.
