Looking for assistance

I have be having trouble with some countries getting a lot of spam mails and want to block that but not sure how to do that can some one help me out with this.

To combat spam emails from certain countries:
- Implement CAPTCHA on forms.
- Set up strong email filtering.
- Configure spam filters to block keywords.
- Consider blacklisting IP addresses of troublesome countries.
You could try Ultimate Country Blocker. You can block any country you want from visitor your website. You can also directly block a specific IP. There is a visitor log for you to monitor incoming traffic.
