I have read this thread from 2018: “How to Bulk Export Tracking Numbers from Fulfilled Orders?”, but since it seems the thread has sparked no interest in 2022, I am starting over.
The goal is to find a way to bulk export the tracking numbers from fulfilled orders without using a paid-for app. (I love you all and I know you need to pay your own bills, but $20+/month for a list of tracking numbers, mostly for small business struggling to survive, ain’t gonna happen).
The 2018 thread used the FREE Order Printer app and a new Template with the following code:
<p>Order {{ order_name }}</p>
<p>Tracking Number {{ XXX }}</p>
Where XXX is a value based on the template you have. Examples for XXX given were:
fulfillment.tracking_number
fulfillment.tracking_numbers.first
line.fulfillment.tracking_number
Though the Order Name value does populate, the values above to return the Tracking Number do not work for a CRAFT Theme. 
Would anyone know which value to add to pull the tracking number?

Thank you for sharing your app, which seems like a great solution to my problem.
I see on your website the Essential Plan with a “200 quota”. Could you confirm this is 200 orders per month? (it is implied but not explicit). I just want to make sure we are selecting the correct plan.
Yes, of course. It means 200 quota per month.
Okay I have downloaded ParcelPanel but the “export” button is locked. How do I unlock?
