I can’t seem to figure out how to change the shipping rate for additional items in same order from same vendor. For example, customer purchases product A and wants a quantity of 2. Vendor charges a flat rate for first and a reduced rate for second. I can’t seem to figure out how to charge the reduced rate for the second item.
