One of our team members who set up the account is unfortunately not with our company anymore. We were under the impression that shipping rates were calculated by Boxify. Our customer reached out to complain about shipping prices. After looking into it we discovered that some of them were charged 19-20$ for delivering small packages 4x1x1 inches, 0,3 ounces from GA to FL via UPS ground. We tried to figure out how to fix the problem but got lost. Do you guys have any type of recommendations on which app to use for calculating shipping fees and also how to integrate it? We don’t want to use flat rate shipping
