Hey, @taramills .

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear you have some technical issues with your shipping. This can be a bit tricky to solve as I do not have access to your shipping settings. However, I will list the most common ways to resolve this quickly for you!

  1. Check your shipping rates. If you have your rates set up based on order price, you will want to adjust this according to your product prices. For example, you can have a shipping price for an order of £10 and a shipping price for an order of £20. You can do this by going to Settings > Shipping and Delivery > General Profile (the name of your shipping profile) > Scroll down to your rates and click edit.

  2. If rates are set up based on item weight, you will want to make sure all products have the correct weight associated with them; this way, the right shipping price will be calculated. To double-check, you can find this on the individual product pages, then scroll down to shipping.

  3. Check shipping profiles. Make sure your products are organized into suitable shipping profiles with the correct rates.

  4. Check your default packaging. Make sure your default packaging is consistent with the packaging you are shipping your orders with, as the default packaging is calculated into the shipping price.
