I installed an app, and it does not perform, at all. I have a 14-day free trial and want to cancel it before I get charged. This app is so bad that half of the buttons don’t work. Unfortunately, it seems they also left out a cancel button and their website FAQ is not complete. I have emailed the developer but at this point I don’t feel like anyone is running the app due to the state of it. How do I go about cancelling this app? It is called Scale-up Print Designer.

You will find the app delete button in settings > apps and sales channel. Can you please send screenshot of that setting so that I can help you with deleting the app from your store?

To cancel a Shopify app that you have installed, you will need to do the following:
