How to cancel billing when I can't access live chat / e-mail

Hi.

I can’t access my store. It was on hold, and each month money was taken out of my account. When I try to go on a live chat I can’t because my store is inactive. I can’t access any kind of communication. How do I get in contact to cancel my billing?

Open the link, attached below, in Chrome Incognito mode. You should be able to get in contact with Chat support without inputting the store link.

Please, could advice me how i can cancel my billings as I am not ble to pay them any longer? And because my acoount has been inactive for a while , I request for refund of all the money deducted
