How can I cancel the subscriptions at zendrop and loox, I can’t pay the $1 plan

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with deactivating your shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, it is the Shopify subscription (i.e Pay $1 for 3 months, then $32 monthly) you’d like to cancel correct?
If so, you can check out our Pausing or Deactivating Your Store documentation for detailed steps on how to close down your shop. Prior to completing this, I encourage you to uninstall any apps to ensure no additional fees or charges occur. This can be achieved by heading into Settings > Apps and sales channels from the Shopify admin and selecting uninstall Zendrop and Loox.
Once all apps have successfully been uninstalled, you can proceed with deactivating the shop by following the steps outlined below:

Head to Settings > Plan, your Shopify admin.

Click Deactivate store.

If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.

If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.

Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.

Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.
