Any app (or themes?) suggestions for following needs?

We tag products by color (red, white etc), sweetness level (dry, off-dry, sweet), varietal aka type of grapes (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay etc), Body level (Light, Medium, Full) and various other kinds of tags.

Want to group tags by same tag categories mentioned above

Currently, the tags are just in alphabetical orders, so it’s troublesome to narrow down

Ideally, the app/theme allows to select multiple tags and narrow down with multiple layers
