How to center Newsletter acceptance box in Contact form

Hi everyone, I have added a piece of code into Contact Section of Impulse Theme to embed “Newsletter acceptance” in Contact form:

I agree to receive the newsletter.

Can anybody suggest me how to make the checkbox and the text on one line and in central position?

We are almost there Just the checkbox should stay on the same line of the text.
