How to center the Newsletter and Footer sections in Minimal theme?

Can anyone help me with centering the Newsletter section and Footer section of my Minimal theme? Thanks!

due to the fact that the footer can be customized, is better if you post here the URL to your store, so that I can suggest you a custom fix.
