How to change background color of individual sections on debutify shopify page

Quick question for yall, whenever I change the background color in my themes settings It changed the entire part that says “page” to that color. Instead, I would like to change the background colors of each section differently. In particular, I would like to change the text columns with the images section to have a grey background.
