How to change background image for specific collection

Hello everyone,

I would like each collection page to have a different animated background gif. No matter what I try, the background is the same for every page and every collection. How can I change the background image for each individual collection page?

I completely understand the issue you are facing. Unfortunately, Shopify does not currently offer the functionality you are looking for on the Collection page. You can only achieve this functionality by using a page builder app to help you build the Collections pages you desire.
