How to change cart content about free shipping

Hi! I have some problem i must complain.
There is some content in my cart label that i need to change.
Like on photo.

I talk about “Free shipping on all orders over 199.00 PLN!” But this is wrong count. I set free shipping over 240 not 199.

When the product costs more than 199.99, free shipping will be added even though I set it to 240.00 PLN in admin panel.

I don’t know where I can change it. I tried doing this on the page theme, but both sections are not editable.

I try all of this stuff, but no one works. I still don’t know how to change that; it’s really strange.
I can’t find any of these sections in the code editor.

In theme editor, I can’t even click on this section where I want to change—I’m talking about these two problems in the cart.

I don’t use any other apps for cart editors or something.

I find one thing that can help about “Free shipping on all orders over 199.00 PLN!” was hidden in main-cart.liquid with div name “free-shipping-component,” but under there is nothing about text I want to change.

Just select theme options and do like on photo.

Thank you for attaching that screenshot, I had the same issue (and went through all the pain looking for the fix as you did) and you helped me fix it.

Go to theme editor, then settings, then cart, its there.
