I sold my store a few years ago back when the shopify exchange was still open. The new owner wont reply to me after i told them to remove my email adress from the contact us form and facebook. What else can I do?

If a store is using your email without consent, then we can submit a request to have the store reviewed. While we’re unable to provide that level of support via the Shopify Community, we’d be happy to further assist you through live chat, email, or callback. On that note, you may also need to provide screenshots showing that you own the email address. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and log into your account to create a support request. If you no longer have an account with Shopify, then you can also proceed by choosing “I don’t have an account.” However, you may only see live chat or email contact methods using this option.
