I am looking to change my ‘Estimated total’ heading to the word ‘Subtotal’ while still keeping it align with the price across from it, that works for both mobile and pc. Example shown below.

Go to admin > online store > select theme > click the 3dots > and click this options.
You can type on the search.
Change it whatever you like.
And Save.
Result:
Note: Refresh the preview after the saved changes.
