Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’d be happy to provide some assistance with updating the shop’s billing statement, to ensure this gets resolved.
To share some insight, you can certainly change the statement that appears on your customer’s credit card bill whenever they make a purchase online or in-person. I recommend checking out our Billing Statement documentation for steps on how to complete this. It outlines however, that you can:
- Head to Settings > Payments, from within the Shopify admin.
- In the Shopify Payments section, click Manage.
- In the Customer billing statement section, enter a customer statement descriptor (i.e The Living Seed Company) and your phone number, and then click Save.
