Really struggling to change my packing slip template through html coding.

I made a draft on canva, but I would like it to be my packing slip template on my shopify website!

I’ve also been looking for a similar solution but couldn’t find any, if you happen to know anything please let me know.
Good work on website with the product photos btw, conveys luxury as it’s meant to be.
