How to change Navigation Subheader Width

Hi, I had a friend help with a couple things on my site and he was able to make my subheader box wider. But when I add more navigation menu options it doesn’t do the same for those.

From my site:

When you scroll over some of the navigation names they open a larger (full page width) box with sub categories

But I just added a couple new navigation menu items and they are showing subcategories in a very small box, shown below

I would also like to move the text on the larger boxes to not be so far to the left.
