Double check the settings or different sections.
If a theme does not have a specific behavior or section then an advanced theme customization or an app is required.
If comfortable with code a DIY transplant for some sections can be done by going through the free themes by installing them to test the features of each to find a theme with the needed feature(s)… then transplanting the relevant sections file|code to the target theme, along with relevant styles or javascript or other assets.

This can be done in two ways. First, since it uses a slider component, there should be an option available in your theme to activate it as a slider.
If you don’t have an option like that, it can be done using the Slick slider library or with some minor customization. If you want to try it yourself, that’s great! But if you can’t, kindly share your store collaboration, and I can do it for you.

I have checked your theme code you are using a Trade theme which product you the slider like that
