How to change quantity for one product to a drop down menu and changes prices for each idivisual one

I’d like the drop down menu to have the options for “One Question,” “Two Questions,” “Three Questions,” and “Four Questions,” with pricing that adjusts based on the chosen quantity. “One Question” is priced at $3, “Two Questions” at $5, “Three Questions” at $7, and “Four Questions” at $9.
