you can customize shipping rates at checkout using Carrier-Calculated Shipping (CCS). You’ll need to set this up under Settings > Shipping and delivery and integrate a third-party shipping app like ShipStation, EasyShip, or Advanced Shipping Rules to dynamically adjust rates.
