How to change 'SOLD OUT' text to 'REQUEST A QUOTE' in Dawn theme?

I need to change the SOLD OUT text to REQUEST A QUOTE on the Collection page and on the Product page (in the Dawn theme). Which templates need to be edited?

You can follow the instruction below:

  1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit language
  2. Find “Sold out”-> and change text:
