Thanks in advance for any help and tips;
I want to change my default text on the 'Palo Alto theme in the “Overlapping Images” section and the “Custom Content” section from the original text boldness. You can see an example of the copy in both images written in all caps. It doesn’t appear very bold currently and I want it to really pop/stand out. Can anyone help me with solving this? Please see the attached screenshots below.

Thanks for the info, check this one.
From you Admin page, go to Online Store > Themes
Select the theme you want to edit
Under the Asset folder, open the main.css(base.css, style.css or theme.css)
Then place the code below at the very bottom of the file.
.rich-text__text.aos-animate strong, .overlapping-images__text strong {
font-weight: 900;
}
And Save.
