Hi @Vyk
Great question. You should be able to change specific text within the theme content.
Head over to Themes > click the […] button beside your theme > select “Edit default theme content”.
From here, you can search for the text you’re looking to update:
If you are using an application to translate the content, you may only be able to locate this field within the app itself.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Sadly there is no way to translate this in default theme content. The theme is “Refresh”. For more info this is how it looks like ![]()

Can you send me a screenshot of the text live on your website so I can narrow down where to find it? Also, please send over your store URL.
Looking forward to troubleshooting further here.
Hello Holly, I can’t share the site in the forum publicly(privacy of the company I’m working in). The store is hosted in refresh theme and the fields are located in product page (image). If it’s a must to look at the site please contact me privately ![]()
Understood. In this case, I encourage you to reach out to our support team so they can look into this privately. For context and examples, we would need to look at the backend of the store to escalate to our design team. Unfortunately, I do not have a private avenue to do so through our Community Forum.
You can reach out to our support advisors through this link. Simply engage with the Virtual Chat Assistant on the right hand side of the screen and ask to speak with an advisor until it brings you to the support page. Select “Chat” to speak with an advisor directly. You can reference our thread here for context.
Best,
That is REALLY unhelpful for someone landing here looking for the same solution in April 2024. ![]()
why is there no way to delete a comment?
