How to change the appearance of the Secondary Button

I am trying to change the design of the Secondary Button or add another button design. I want the button to be transparent, with white letters, with a line box around the letters in white.

I also want another button that is orange with white lettering.

My designer said that my Theme Retina does not allow for more than 1 button design - is this true @Anonymous designers?

You can add different designs for different types of buttons, it can be done using CSS.
