I am trying to pay for a yeary plan and when I try to select “Country/Region” it does not let me change it and still stays selected on Malaysia. I need to be able to change the country to United States.

I understand you’re experiencing issues when adjusting the country/region section when selecting a subscription plan. When trying to select a country/region, is it completely greyed out and stays selected on Malaysia, or do you have the option of selecting other countries/regions? If you can share a screenshot of the section you’re referring to, as I’d like to have a closer look?
In the meantime, could you try these troubleshooting steps to see if you’re able to select a different country/region?
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Try clearing your cache and cookies and completely rebooting the browser.
- Try on the Shopify Mobile app.
- Using an incognito, private window, or an alternate browser.
- Try using a different device such as a computer or mobile phone.
