To change the footer banner on your Shopify website, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.

  2. From the left-hand menu, go to “Online Store” and then “Themes.”

  3. In the “Themes” section, locate your current theme and click on the “Customize” button.

  4. In the theme customizer, look for the “Footer” section or section named banner-footer.

  5. Depending on your theme, you might find options to upload a new banner image or customize the existing one. Follow the instructions to make the necessary changes.

  6. After making your changes, don’t forget to save your modifications.

  7. Once you’re satisfied with the changes, click the “Publish” button to apply the changes to your live website.

You can try to follow these steps:

Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize

Go to Footer → settings → upload new banner

Save and preview

This might be something that is possible to edit within Footer section in the Theme Editor. However, please let me know what theme you use and I can check this for you. If this is something added in the code then you will have to adjust or change the image within the theme code. If you don’t feel comfortable editing the template code yourself, you can always reach out to our Support team.

Our team may be able to customise this for you if you use Shopify free theme and your store has enough complimentary design time left.

You can reach out to our Contact Us page on this link. Then log in to your store. It will allow us to verify you as the store owner securely. Once you have successfully logged in, you should be able to reach out to a Support Advisor and discuss the customisation request as there are specific customisations supported.

Otherwise, if you are using a paid third-party theme, feel free to contact the theme developer to see if they can complete this customisation for you. Also, you can post a job on the Shopify Experts Page and see what feedback and quotes you get.
