I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the Profile Picture of outgoing emails send on Shopify.

Regarding your concern about to change the Email Profile Picture Sent From Shoptify

Here’s a couple things that you should know about

This is the Google Avatar, not Shopify’s, if you want this to show you need to setup GSuite, link it to your Domain & then add the picture

When the picture is added it will only show to other Gmail users only, not the others.

So make sure that you setup the GSuit and have the Gmail account for the email
