How to change the SEO "H" heading sizes in my blog posts?

I’m using the Craft theme

I found a few similar questions on here and tried the solutions but nothing changed. Even after I’ve essentially mangled the code for the SEO headings, they are still starting off huge at H1 and decreasing in size until they’re smaller than the main body text size at H5.

I really want to use the formatting but the size is just ridiculous. I really need a solution.

I’m using the Craft theme. The coding is the same regardless of the store
