How to change theme background on Ride Theme?

I want to change the standard background of the theme to White and text to Black. Is this only possible by code? if so can someone help me with this.

I know how to change it like the picture here below.

But i can’t chose one of those when i want to make a new page like faq and use and extern app for this. So the background stays black but i want it white on every new page a make. Do i need to change the code one time or on every page?
