How to Charge 10% Extra On Total Cart Amount?

Hi there,

I have a client that has a B2B business manufacturing wool bedding. He wants to offer the option for his wholesale customer of ‘drop shipping’ his products to clients directly. In order to achieve this, I need to find a way to offer a ‘dropship’ add on on the cart page, and add a 10% extra cost (before taxes) to the cart.

For example:

A wholesale store wants to buy 2 wool duvets and ship them to a client directly.

The wholesale store adds 2 x duvets at $100 (wholesale price)

In the cart, he selects ‘dropship’ which instantly add 10% on the total cart.

New total would be at $220 + taxes.

He would then add the shipping address as being his customer’s.

and voila!

Is there such an app, or way to do this at the cart level?
